We run a rolling graduate scheme with three intakes each year. It’s a great way to learn on the job. With a steep two-month learning curve, you receive intensive training and learn from our expert team.
When you enrol in the DemandMore Academy, you will meet your mentor who will guide you through training. Alongside the other grads, you’ll complete our structured and in-depth programme.
Finally, you will complete your exams to become Google certified, and be assigned your own set of accounts to manage.

About the role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’re responsible for managing your own schedule and the success of your clients. The role encompasses everything from building Google, Facebook and Instagram accounts to strategising with clients and communicating success through weekly meetings and reports.
All of this is helped by our in-house technology and friendly team that simplifies working on client accounts at scale. Don’t worry if you’re totally new to digital marketing; you’ll be well supported with our comprehensive training programme and mentor scheme.
There’s plenty of opportunity to muck in with other jobs around the agency with our 10% roles. Each team member gets to spend 10% of their time on projects outside account management, including pitching, our own marketing, and planning socials.
Requirements
Degree from a top university and comfortable with basic mathematical concepts. Great written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage yourself and work towards client deadlines.
